(NWRECC) recently partnered with Findhelp.org, America\u2019s leading search and referral platform for social service organizations, to develop a resource and referral platform that makes it easy for residents and property management teams to search for free and reduced\u2013cost resources and services. We named this new resource \u201cBridge2Community\u201d (B2C) because it\u2019s meant to serve as a bridge between people in need and resources that can help them.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>B2C\u2019s extremely user-friendly and intuitive design greatly reduces the complex and often overwhelming nature of navigating social services and government agencies. Those seeking help simply need to enter a zip code to pull up a list of resources such as food, rental assistance, healthcare services, transportation, legal assistance, resource navigation assistance (and so much more). Listings include local, state, and federal resources and there are at least 1,600 listings in each county across the country, so B2C has something for everyone.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Referrals can be submitted directly through the platform allowing for two-way communication between service providers and those in need of help. B2C can also be translated into over 100 languages ensuring that language barriers don\u2019t stand in the way of people accessing the support they need.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Our goal for B2C is to provide an efficient and user-friendly resource to help residents maximize the benefits available to them online and in their communities, and to enhance the capacity of our property management teams to support their communities and keep residents stably housed.\u00a0\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>NWRECC is proud to partner with Findhelp.org in developing Bridge2Community. Together, we are committed to creating positive change and ensuring that the individuals and families we serve have the necessary resources to thrive.
